Event programme

Teaching staff members are welcome to adjust the programme to the scheduled classes with students, which sometimes means to skip the official agenda in order to give classes.

  2. Warm welcome and opening by Izabela Witkowska, Head of the International Relations Office and Maria Moroniak, Head of the Academic Mobility Section
  3. KUL Main Campus guided tour
    The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) – Tradition and Modernity – presentation of the host institution
  4. Welcome lunch (University Canteen, Konwikt building)
  5. Lublin city tour

May 26, 2026 (Tuesday):

  1. Training for administration staff members at the International Relations Office of KUL and visit to the International Student Support Centre
  2. Visit to the Medical Campus premises

Grand Summit: Three Seas Universities Network Initiative

Place: Lublin Conference Centre (2 Artura Grottgera Str, 20-029 Lublin);

Centre for the Meeting of Cultures (1 Plac Teatralny Str, 20-029 Lublin)

  3. Scientific sessions and thematic panels (incl. Rectors’ Panel, Ambassadors’ Panel, Health Panel and International Panel)
